Code of conduct and mining liscense agreement between Reinke Gold Mining group (RGM) and it’s members.

There is a 1 week camping limit on any of the claims within a 45 day period. This means that a member may camp a maximum of ONE WEEK on a claim and may not camp for another 38 days on the same claim. Members are allowed to move to a different claim for another week.

By joining the RGM members area, you agree that you will indemnify Reinke Mining Adventures & Services against any damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, costs or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) arising out of a claim by a member relating to any material you have posted or any physical injury that occurred on our claims, outings, or any other function. Use these services at your own risk! Mining claims are located on public land, any and all citizens of the united states may access these lands at any time and do so at their own risk.

Members will be respectful of the land and remove any trash they find. Members also agree that they will not leave any trash on the mining claims. A violation of any of these rules will result in an immediate suspension of your membership and possible termination.

RGM Mining Group herby gives all members access to our mining claims for the sole purpose of mineral extraction and operations that support this. This license is revocable at the sole discretion of RGM Mining Group. Any violation of this agreement will result in an immediate termination of your membership and access thereof, to any mining claims or services. Members agree to follow all local state and federal laws and it is the members responsibility to know these laws. Reinke Mining Adventures & Services can not be held responsible or liable for any specific members or non members actions. We can not be held liable for any injury incurred on our mining claims. Use these services at your own risk. If you do not agree with these terms then leave the group and cancel your membership now. By using our claims and services, and continuing membership, you agree to all of the terms set forth in this agreement.
