Mining Claim Survey Service
Do you own a mining claim and are not sure of its boundaries, if it has been filed correctly, where the gold is on your claim? Then this is the service for you.
We recognize that many claim owners do not have the time or knowledge to make sure their claim is up to date with filings and maintenance fees. In this service I will look over all your paperwork filed at the county and the BLM to make sure everything is up to par and you have a valid claim.
Did you know that one mistake on your location paperwork could easily invalidate your claim? If this were to happen, your mine would be open for another prospector to claim. You would have to stop working the mine and hand over possession to the new claimant.
NO BODY WANTS TO GO THROUGH THAT!!!
If any mistakes are found in your paperwork, I will swiftly fix them for you, so you can avoid situations where you lose your claim due to a clerical error! (Customer is responsible for County and BLM filing fees, if any)

We will also provide you with detailed topographical maps of your claim boundaries, as it was filed, to ensure you know where your claim starts and ends.
In some areas, we can provide lidar scans of your mining claim! This is very valuable for all types of miners. It will help you locate any hidden mining shaft entrances, old building foundations for metal detecting coins and relics, gold deposits that are unseen by the eye, and many more uses. (Not available in all areas)
(Lidar: Light Detection and Ranging Lidar, which stands for Light Detection and Ranging, is a remote sensing method that uses light in the form of a pulsed laser to measure ranges (variable distances) to the Earth. This form of mapping cuts out the vegetation and overgrowth on your claim so you can see what is going on under it all!)
I will personally visit your mining claim and give you my boots on the ground assessment of gold deposits and where other treasures may be! (Customer will be charged for travel and lodging expenses beyond the price of this service if more than 2 hours from Grass Valley CA.)
