2 Klamath River Unpatented Placer Mining Claims for Sale

For Sale: Two 20-acre prime Klamath River claims.  Will sell as a pair or will sell separate.  Located just outside of Siead CA these claims offer all kinds of drive-up access to rich ground with easy access to both sides of the river.  The buyer will get all intel and claim knowledge the owners have, including where sampling as been conducted and the findings.  

Neither of these claims has ever been in any club inventory.  Both claims have known sections of 1998 and 1964 flood layers.  Plenty of river and out-of-river ground to work,
Fines, nuggets, and some nice specimen nuggets have come off the claims in the sampling work done there.   Shallow gold out of the water to get you started off right!

Klamath Gold #2

The upstream 20-acre claim offers the top half of a large gravel bar that offers numerous camping and RV spots right next to the water.

The downstream 20-acre claim features part of the large gravel bar and has an older unimproved boat launch.   In addition, there is a large flat area gravel bar with drive-up access on the other side of the river that offers several nice small RV/ camping spots.
